Industrial PSA Oxygenerator
Work Principle
The compressed air is removed from solid impurities such as oil and dust and most of the gaseous water through the pretreatment system, and enters the adsorption tower equipped with zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS). The nitrogen, carbon dioxide and water vapor in the air are adsorbed by the adsorbent, and the oxygen is separated through the adsorption bed. When the adsorbed impurities in the adsorption tower reach a certain degree, they enter the atmosphere for desorption and desorption to regenerate the adsorbent. The adsorption and separation system composed of two towers and three towers is circularly switched under the automatic control of PLC or DCS system to complete continuous oxygen production.

(1) High degree of automation
1. The equipment is fully automatic controlled and completely unattended.
2. Simple operation, convenient startup and shutdown, rapid gas production, and the gas purity can be adjusted freely within a certain range.

1. The humanized design of the equipment has reasonable overall layout, compact structure, less land occupation and simple and convenient installation.
2. Advanced oxygen production process and unique air distributor design prevent the short-circuit channel flow of air flow and make the flow rate of air flow in the adsorption bed more uniform, so as to improve the utilization rate of adsorbent.
3. The automatic compression cylinder device and unique air inlet mode are adopted to keep the air flow direction in the adsorber unchanged, avoid the fatigue wear of the adsorbent in the tower, and effectively ensure the service life of the adsorbent up to 10 years.

Application of oxygen:

Nonferrous metal smelting: oxygen enrichment is required for smelting copper, zinc, nickel and lead, and PSA method is gradually replacing cryogenic method.

Aquaculture: oxygen enriched aeration can increase dissolved oxygen in water, greatly increase the output of fish, transport oxygen for live fish and intensively raise fish.
For medical treatment and health care: the centralized oxygen supply in the hospital, hyperbaric oxygen chamber, oxygen bar, oxygen therapy center, etc. are equipped with activated carbon filters to obtain oxygen that meets the technical standards of national PSA medical oxygen generator. Glass melting: oxygen combustion and dissolution, cutting, increasing glass output and prolonging furnace life.
