Brief Introduction

The equipment adopts PLC automatic control, touch screen display, operation and button operation.

The equipment includes one debinding and sintering furnace body, electric control system, vacuum system and charging system, water cooling system, debinding system, external circulation cooling system, etc.
Furnace body is double wall structure made by carbon steel and stainless steel,with water cooling devices.
Heating elements are made by HIP high purity graphite,and the thermal insulating layer is made by graphite felt and carbon felt.
The control system is mainly composed of PLC and industrial computer, which can be controlled manually and automatically.
PLC and computer are connected by wire or wireless. The computer can read and monitor the main working status of furnace body in real time through special program, input program to PLC, receive operating parameters and save them. All instructions can be controlled, and all error messages from the equipment can be centrally processed. Alarm status can be displayed. The sintering process can be programmed arbitrarily, and all data of the equipment in the overall operation process can be transmitted to the external computer through the network, which is convenient for the operator to analyze and store.
The control cabinet is equipped with rotary switches and indicator lights for main functions, and has sound and light alarm functions.
The temperature measurement and control in the hot zone of the equipment are completed by multiple thermocouples and infrared temperature measuring equipment. The equipment adopts multi zone temperature control, and each measuring point adopts two core thermocouples, one for temperature measurement and the other for monitoring and alarm.
The temperature control part adopts Euro 3004 temperature controller.
The vacuum gauge adopts Chengdu Zhenghua digital display vacuum gauge zdr-i, which can directly display the data in PA. other brands of vacuum gauges can also be selected according to the needs of users.
In order to search the whole process, special software is installed in the upper computer to search the temperature and vacuum records of the whole process; And print out the data.
Debinding system has debinding, tacking and filtering functions.
